CyberPath products are warranted to the original end-user purchaser only. Extended warranty programs can be purchased beyond the products standard warranty

Product Registration

Registering your product entitles you to expert technical support and ensures that you will receive notification of product upgrades, new products, and client services.


CyberPath RMA Policy
  1. Please contact CyberPath Tech Support for any product RMA request.
  2. A RMA number will be issued by CyberPath via email after investigation and approval.
  3. Please ship RMA item(s) back to CyberPath with a copy of the original invoice.
  4. RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping box.
  5. CyberPath must receive RMA item(s) within 10 days from RMA issue date.
  6. CyberPath is not responsible for making back-ups and/or loss of data.
